Because many of our products are custom-manufactured based on specific measurements and project requirements, refunds and returns are handled under the conditions outlined below.
2. Custom Manufactured Products
Most products manufactured by KUSHI INDUSTRIES are custom-built or made-to-order based on client specifications.
For this reason:
- Custom manufactured items cannot be returned or refunded once production has started.
- Customers are requested to carefully review and confirm all designs, measurements, specifications, and quotations before approving the order.
3. Order Confirmation
Once a quotation is approved and an order is confirmed:
- The project moves into the manufacturing process.
- Any changes requested after production has begun may lead to additional costs and revised timelines.
4. Damaged or Defective Products
If a product is delivered with manufacturing defects or physical damage, customers should notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
We may request:
- Photos of the damaged product
- Order details or invoice reference
After verification, KUSHI INDUSTRIES may offer one of the following solutions:
- Repair of the affected component
- Replacement of the damaged part
- Other appropriate resolution based on the situation
5. Installation and Measurement Accuracy
For projects where our team conducts site measurements and installation, we ensure careful planning and accuracy.
However, if measurements provided by the customer are inaccurate and production has already been completed based on those measurements, returns or refunds may not be applicable.
6. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before production begins, subject to review and administrative costs if applicable.
Once manufacturing has started, order cancellations may not be possible.
7. Refund Processing
If a refund is approved under exceptional circumstances, the refund will be processed through the original payment method within a reasonable processing period.
