KUSHI INDUSTRIES began as a small sheet metal and laser cutting job-work factory founded by Shiva Kumar. With strong technical expertise and industry experience, the unit served fabrication and metal component needs for various businesses.

Shiva Kumar JH
Founder, KUSHI INDUSTRIES
Shiva Kumar is the founder of KUSHI INDUSTRIES and the driving force behind its early beginnings. With
more than two decades of hands-on industrial experience, he brings extensive knowledge across home
interior works, metal fabrication, sheet metal manufacturing, and laser cutting operations.
His entrepreneurial journey began in 2010 when he established a small sheet metal and laser cutting
factory, providing job-work services for various fabrication and metal component requirements. Through
years of working closely with different industries and projects, Shiva Kumar developed a strong
understanding of manufacturing processes, material behavior, and practical design solutions.
KUSHI INDUSTRIES was originally founded by him as a small manufacturing unit and was named after one
of
their children, giving the business a deeply personal significance. Over time, recognizing the growing
demand for organized storage systems and customized display solutions, he initiated the expansion of
the
business into the racks and shelving segment in 2018 by setting up a dedicated unit.
Beyond founding the company, Shiva Kumar has also played a pivotal role in encouraging and mentoring
Shruthi GN, supporting her growing interest in manufacturing after their marriage. With his guidance
and
industry expertise, she gradually took on a leading role in the business.
Today, as founder, Shiva Kumar continues to contribute his technical knowledge, industry insight, and
entrepreneurial vision to support the growth and manufacturing excellence of KUSHI INDUSTRIES.
