STEP 1
Share Your Requirements

Initial Consultation
Once we receive your inquiry, our team will contact you to discuss your requirements in more detail.
During this discussion we understand:
- Your storage or display requirements
- Space availability and layout assumptions
- Product types and load requirements
- Preferred rack configurations
- Preferred finishes and accessories
STEP 3
Proposal & Quotation
After reviewing your requirements, we prepare a proposal with design suggestions and pricing.
This proposal typically includes:
- Recommended rack type or shelving system
- Estimated layout and configuration
- Pricing details
- Production timeline
You can review the proposal and discuss any adjustments required.
STEP 4
Site Visit & Accurate Measurements
Once the proposal is accepted in principle, our team schedules a site visit to take precise measurements.
Our representative uses modern laser measuring tools to accurately capture space dimensions, wall alignment, and layout conditions. This ensures that the racks will fit perfectly within the available space.
STEP 5
Final Proposal Confirmation
If the actual site measurements differ from the initial assumptions, the proposal is revised and shared again with updated specifications.
Once the customer confirms the final proposal, the project moves to the manufacturing stage.
STEP 6
Manufacturing
After approval, the racks are manufactured at our facility where components are produced using precision CNC laser cutting machines, sheet metal bending machines, and specialized fabrication tools.

STEP 7
Surface Finishing
To ensure durability and long-term performance, fabricated products undergo surface treatment and powder coating at our in-house finishing facility.
Products are then baked in industrial ovens to cure the coating and achieve a strong, long-lasting finish.
STEP 8
Quality Inspection
Before dispatch, all products undergo detailed inspection to verify:
- Structural strength
- Dimensional accuracy
- Surface finish quality
- Overall product integrity
This ensures that every product delivered to customers meets our quality standards.
STEP 9
Order Fulfillment & Delivery
Once quality checks are completed, products are carefully packed and prepared for dispatch.
Our logistics and dispatch team ensures timely delivery while maintaining proper packaging and handling to prevent damage during transportation.
STEP 10
Customer Support
Even after delivery, our team remains available to support customers with installation guidance, product information, and assistance with future expansion or customization requirements.
